How edding AG Digitalised Its Contract Management
For over 50 years, edding AG has been the leading manufacturer for marking and creatively designing surfaces. The publicly traded company employs 700 people worldwide, distributed across 17 subsidiaries in 9 countries, and sells its products in approximately 110 countries.
The ever-increasing changes in the business world have prompted edding AG to restructure the company. This new organisational structure also means that employees are not always working in the same location, complicating what were previously very manual processes. The company’s goal is to digitise these processes to the extent that the location and time of work no longer matter. Effort should be reduced and work steps made more efficient.

Request for Proposals
edding AG obtained proposals from the two most promising providers.
- Result: 2 offers for the desired product combination (digital contract management and signature)
What excites me about the solution is that it is a standard product that can then be adapted to the company and its needs. We can incorporate new features and, as in our case, add digital signature so that it fits our way of working.
