DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 Certificate

The quality management system of d.velop AG has been certified according to ISO 9001:2015 since August 2023, with a focus on the distribution and service of the ECM solution in a highly regulated environment. This certification entails, among other things, the obligation to deliver consistent products and services that meet customer requirements, as well as applicable legal and regulatory standards.
DIN EN ISO 14001:2015 Certificate

ISO 14001 is the globally accepted and applied standard for environmental management systems. The environmental management system of d.velop is certified according to DIN EN ISO 14001:2015.
ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Certificate

The information security management system of d.velop AG is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified. The certification by Kiwa International Cert GmbH attests that d.velop has implemented elementary information security standards and processes.
ISO/IEC 27017:2015 Certificate of conformity

The information security management system of d.velop AG takes into account the security measures for cloud systems from ISO/IEC 27017:2015.
ISO/IEC 27018:2019 Certificate of conformity

The information security management system of d.velop AG takes into account the requirements for the protection of personal data for cloud systems from ISO/IEC 27018:2019.
DIN EN ISO 50001:2018 Certificate

The international energy management standard ISO 50001 specifies requirements for the introduction, implementation and improvement of an energy management system. The energy management system of d.velop AG is certified according to DIN EN ISO 50001:2018.

Audit report IDW PS 880

IDW PS 880 – a standard with significant impact

The IDW PS 880 audit report is relevant for commercial documents and certifies the documentation, processing and storage of these documents in Germany in accordance with IDW Standard 880.

This audit standard from the Institute of Public Auditors in Germany is the basis for the ‘issuing of software certificates’ by independent auditors. The international audit is conducted according to ISAE 3000.

d.velop documents and d.velop postbox have passed the audit according to the guidelines of IDW PS 880. This means that d.velop software is suitable for audit-proof archiving in accordance with the GoBD standard.

Declaration of conformity for accessibility

d.velop documents is compatible with BITV 2.0

With the web client for d.velop documents (formerly d.3one), a document management system was created that can be used by people with disabilities without barriers. Accessibility in accordance with BITV 2.0 was tested by the external service provider Telekom MMS. Accessibility was rated four times with the top grade ‘Very good’ and once with the grade ‘Good’. The TISAX® assessment and exchange process is the leading standard for data security in the automotive industry. d.velop AG is certified in the areas of information security (Information with High Protection Needs) and data protection (Data Protection according to EU-GDPR Art. 28 (‘Processor’)) according to Assessment Level 2.

d.velop was awarded the BSFZ Seal 2022

The Certification Centre for Research Allowance (BSFZ) awards its seal exclusively to companies that are eligible for research allowance funding. In this context, the BSFZ has certified d.velop’s high level of innovation expertise and confirmed that the company is actively driving forward internal research and development projects.

Since May 2020, d.velop has held the ‘Continuing Education Active Company’ award.
