Passion for people and culture ❤ During his university studies in Stuttgart, Wilke, originally from northern Germany, gained his first experience in the IT industry and discovered his passion for people and culture in organizations. After gaining further experience in HR in Karlsruhe and Saarbrücken, he returned to the north in 2018 and joined the people and culture team at d.velop in October.
